How to fix heat problem on hp dv5 LapTop, Amd Turion x2 rm-70 (Code name:Griffin)

Due contstants complains of all Hp user's of Dv pavillions, on the heat issue and thanks to hp who never wanted to have my laptop in return and fix it, without getting some money. Well, I did it my self.

Went down from THM= F 202, Core0= F 194 Core1= F 194 to THM= F 186 , Core0= F 184 Cor1= F 184.

Step one, dismantle. (self explanatory video )
Step two, cleaning the pipes.
Step three, use high density polysynthetic silver. ( thermal compound)*
Step four, backtracking, and putting all back together again.
Step five undervolt and processor power management techniques.

*The one I used at first was a delta brand, pretty shitty by the way. So i bought Artic silver 5

Adendum

First Technique: Unload proceses throttle
In windows vista, the easiest way it is going to:

Start >All Programs >Control Panel> Power Options> power plan> change plan settings> advanced plan settings>processor power management>Maximun processor state

In my case with just 99% was enough, it went down inbetween 50F-41F, thats 10c-5c degrees. Not bad!

Second Technique: undervolting the cpu.
you can use
K10stat091
here
PumaStateCtrl
here
RMclock
here
or
x86IandC
here

I did undervolted from 1,2v to 0,8v, and I have a coolest laptop.
